All our hot yoga and hot pilates classes are suitable for all ages, and all levels of ability. You need to try more than one class to truly appreciate what practicing in the heated environment can do for you.

Check-list for your first class
You don't need to have any knowledge of yoga or pilates to take part in our classes, the teacher will explain every posture and exercise very clearly and you will be able to join in with most of them, even for your very first class.
  • These things will be useful to bring along:
    • Comfortable clothes - Dress to sweat! Shorts and vest or leggings and vest is ideal. We practice in a hot room so you WILL sweat. Synthetic, stretchy materials are generally more comfortable than cotton and no jogging bottoms!
    • Yoga mat  - We provide mats for sale at the studio if you do not wish to bring your own for £20
    • Yoga towel - A long towel that covers your mat. Non-slip yoga towels can be bought at the studio for £20.
    • Water bottle - We do NOT sell water in disposable plastic bottles but you can fill your own bottle with cold, clean, filtered water from our bottle filling station, for free.
    • Please come to class well hydrated and on an empty stomach. A light meal 2 hours before or a snack 1 hour before is ideal!

Our ZOOM CLASSES are also beginner-friendly. If you have any questions about how you can help bring the heat to your at-home hot yoga or pilates practice, please get in touch; we will be happy to offer some at-home tips!

BIKRAM HOT YOGA

The Original Hot Yoga for Beginners. The class is a 90 minute total body/mind workout with 26 beginners’ postures that are accessible for ANY body shape and ALL fitness levels. Our fully certified Bikram teachers will lead you through this transformative practice which is low impact, high cardio, healing, detoxing and burns a whopping 600 to 1,000 calories! Yes we really are bringing sweaty back... For our Hot Yoga classes the room is heated to balmy 40 degrees – guaranteed to make you glow!

WHY THE HEAT?

The heat makes your body more flexible allowing for a deeper stretch of your muscles and joints whilst preventing injury. If you couldn’t touch your toes before you will get much closer in this class! You will also sweat buckets which will cleanse and tone your skin leaving you energised with a glow your friends will want to know about. HOT FLOW

Our Spicy Flow is a dynamic Hot Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on breath, alignment, balance & transitions. 

Improve your strength, stamina and flexibility with sun salutations and dynamic yoga poses to work the upper body & core as well as the heart. 

Heated to a toasty 35 degrees the heat will provide greater depth for your stretch and a more focused mind - the perfect blend of sweat and serenity!

HOT PILATES

High intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles. This fun and challenging class is suitable for beginners and was created by hot pilates girl Gabi Walters. This workout is designed to strengthen your muscles, boost your metabolism and burn fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. 

Hot Pilates is for everyone who is looking to increase strength, build long lean muscles, create a stronger core, get fit and feel amazing! It is the perfect compliment to your hot yoga. For our Inferno Classes the room is heated to a sweaty 35 degrees. 

HOT SCULPT & CARDIO

Our Hot Sculpt classes incorporate hand weights and resistance bands for an added strength challenge – expect to feel tighter and stronger! 

This class promotes body confidence as well as feel good endorphins! You will be amazed at how much energy and glow you can create! 

This class is 45 minutes and done in 35 degree heat with 40% humidity.

RESTORATIVE 
YIN YOGA

This unheated class is restorative and relaxing for both body and mind as well as being one of the best ways to increase mobility!

We target the connective tissue and joints directly to promote mobility in the joints and change the shape of our connective tissue. We hold the poses for longer periods to increase chi in the body and we incorporate mindfulness and body awareness into each pose for maximum zen factor! We also use props for maximum comfort!
