It's a set sequence of 26 beginners yoga poses, performed in a room heated to 40 degrees to allow the body to stretch deeper and safely.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles. This fun and challenging class is designed to strengthen your muscles, boost your metabolism and burn fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. We work on the core and posture for the first half of class as this is the area where most of us need help!

WHAT IS YIN YOGA?

Warm Yin Yoga is restorative Yoga with deep stretches and long holds. A slow release to warm your muscles & calm your mind. Focus without Frenzy.

Heated to a cosy 25 degrees, all yoga poses are done on the floor and held for longer, using props, such as bolsters and blocks to aid mobility and allow you to adjust for your own unique range of motion.

This Yoga is perfect for complete beginners and those working to heal injuries. The most accessible Yoga class of them all, allowing you to slow down and focus within.
