  • Kickstart Healthy Habits: Embrace sustainable healthy lifestyle habits, ensuring your newfound energy and vitality become a permanent part of your lifestyle. The Bootcamp will consist of:


Small Group Personal Training Sessions:

Enjoy 3 x small group PT sessions per week, at 6am & 6.30pm every Monday and Wednesday and at 6am and 5.30pm every Friday. Choose your preferred 60 minute slot and expect a perfect blend of Kettlebells, Pilates, Weights & Low Impact Cardio. These sessions are challenging but extremely rewarding & low-impact so kind to your joints.


Eating Plan:

Say goodbye to soul-destroying calorie counting! Our eating plan focuses on food as fuel, teaching you how to nourish your body effectively. You'll discover ways to strengthen your body and shed body fat without restrictive diets, fostering a healthy relationship with food.


Accountability:

Accountability is the key to progress. You'll receive daily support and accountability for your nutrition and steps. Additionally, you'll have the benefit of 1:1 support from our Women's Coach, Sarah. With us by your side, you'll stay on track and motivated throughout the entire journey.


Bonus Hot Yoga & Hot Pilates Session:

Say Goodbye to excruciating Cardio that has you leaping around like a bunny! Our low impact Hot Pilates Classes are the perfect blend of core-strengthening & joint friendly HIIT. A rejuvenating weekly Yoga session will improve your recovery, but also helps cleanse your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. These 2 bonus session will take your total weekly target to 5! You’ll have full access to our Hot schedule with over 25 classes per week, you are sure to find the right slot for you.

Bootcamp has been such an all-encompassing experience. As a mother of two boys, my goal was to become stronger for the future, for myself and my boys! Sarah echoed this throughout the journey and is a true inspiration! The 6am session was a perfect fit for me and had such a positive impact on my day - giving me more motivation and energy.
